My recent stay at Great Trails Wayanad By Grt Hotels left me with mixed feelings regarding the value proposition offered. the hotel boasts a convenient location and modern, clean rooms with a nice touch of luxury. Room service was efficient, and the staff was courteous, providing helpful suggestions for local activities. While the property was well maintained, I found the additional costs for services like car hire and laundry to be on the higher side. the lack of complimentary amenities such as airport shuttle and ironing facilities was noticeable compared to other properties in this price range. the staff, especially Mr Karthik and Chef Israfil, were exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay. the food was delectable, and the personalized attention was a highlight. the indoor swimming pool and fitness center added to the overall experience. Great Trails Wayanad offers a comfortable stay with good service, but guests should be mindful of additional expenses that may impact the overall value of their visit.
